I have known “J” since he was 8 years old. I went to school with his parents and was thrilled when his mom asked me to do his senior portraits. Our families have vacationed in Florida together over the years and it has been fun watching him grow up. In fact, when I saw him (on vacation in Florida) this past Spring Break, his hair was shoulder length and he wore a winter cap pulled down to his eyes. I must admit that while I like people to express themselves, it was refreshing to see him the way I met him 10 years ago…clean.cut!!
He has a great smile and, heck, he even smiles with his eyes.

But, just for good measure, he broke out the cap.

“J” and I will finish his senior session this weekend. The rain forced us inside last weekend so we’re headed out to get some outdoor shots. Stay tuned for take two…

LOVE that second pic with the cap. Very cool. I have been checking out your pics. You are doing such a wonderful job. ENJOY!!!!
Very cool Studio shots…He does smile with his eyes, doesn’t he? The one with the cap has such attitude. =)
Love what you’ve shown so far! Was the background of the 2nd one done with texture or do you have a backdrop like that? I’ve been looking for one with those exact colors in a muslin. =) Can’t wait to see more!
Thanks, Jen. It was a texture.
woah.
I really like both shots, but the second one is great. Nice work
